Happy 4th Birthday, Harrogate Community Radio! Our station, created by and for the community, celebrates another year of bringing voices from Harrogate to the world. Despite the close calls like broadcasting the wrong show or occasional bouts of dead air, our resilient team of volunteers has continued to expand and offer an alternative to commercial radio. A special thanks to Scooby, Allan, Jack, Simon, and Charley for helping with admin, all our hosts for their unwavering commitment, and most importantly, our listeners who’ve made this journey worthwhile.

As we march on, we’re looking forward to increasing our community engagement with more events and a more robust presence. Your continued support is invaluable, especially as we strive to maintain a steady income stream to cover our licensing costs. The best way to engage with us is to tweet us at @HarrogateRadio or contact your favourite show host via their Host Page. As we blow out our four candles today, we send our heartfelt thanks to each one of you. Thank you for tuning in, for your feedback, and for being part of our community. Here’s to many more years of serving Harrogate!
